إشعار ملزم: باستخدام تطبيقات إيزي ماركت (Easy Market)، مواقعها الإلكترونية، أو خدماتها، فإنك توافق على الالتزام التام بهذه الشروط والأحكام. إذا لم تكن موافقاً، يُرجى التوقف عن استخدام الخدمات فوراً.

1 مقدمة وقبول الشروط

تحكم هذه الشروط والأحكام ("الشروط") استخدامك لتطبيقات إيزي ماركت للخدمات الإلكترونية (Easy Market) وشركة إيجي دريم برو (EgyDreamPro) المتوفرة على متجري Google Play Store و Apple App Store، ومواقعنا الإلكترونية، وخدماتنا ذات الصلة ("الخدمات").

باستخدامك لخدماتنا أو تسجيلك فيها، فإنك تُقر بقراءتك وموافقتك الكاملة على هذه الشروط والتزامك باللوائح المعمول بها.

2 استخدام الخدمات (Use of Services)

توافق على استخدام خدماتنا فقط للأغراض المشروعة والمصرح بها قانوناً، ويُحظر عليك بشكل قاطع ما يلي:

نشر أو مشاركة أو نقل أي محتوى غير قانوني، تهديدي، تشهيري، فاحش، مسيء، أو ينتهك حقوق الآخرين (مثل الخصوصية أو الملكية الفكرية).
استخدام خدماتنا للترويج للعنف، الإرهاب، أو أي أنشطة غير قانونية ومخالفة للنظام العام.
التدخل في تشغيل أو أمن خوادمنا أو محاولة اختراقها أو التسبب في أي تعطيل أو إزعاج للمستخدمين الآخرين.
نسخ، إعادة إنتاج، تعديل، أو توزيع أي محتوى من خدماتنا لأغراض تجارية دون إذن كتابي مسبق منا.

3 المحتوى المقدم من المستخدم (User-Generated Content)

أنت مسؤول بالكامل عن أي محتوى أو بيانات تنشرها أو تشاركها عبر خدماتنا (كالتعليقات أو التقييمات). يشمل المحتوى المحظور:

المواد غير القانونية أو التشهيرية أو التي تنطوي على خطاب كراهية.
المحتوى المنتهك لحقوق الملكية الفكرية (مثل حقوق النشر والعلامات التجارية).
الرسائل المزعجة (Spam) أو المواد الإعلانية غير المصرح بها.
نشر معلومات شخصية لأطراف ثالثة دون موافقتهم الصريحة.
انتحال شخصية أي فرد أو كيان أو تضليل المستخدمين حول هويتك أو انتمائك.

نحتفظ بالحق الكامل في إزالة، فحص، أو تعديل أي محتوى مقدم من المستخدم وفقًا لتقديرنا ودون إشعار مسبق. بمنحك لنا المحتوى، فإنك تمنحنا ترخيصاً غير حصري وخالياً من الرسوم لاستخدام وتخزين وعرض المحتوى لغرض تقديم خدماتنا وتحسينها.

4 الملكية الفكرية (Intellectual Property)

جميع المحتويات المعروضة على خدماتنا—بما في ذلك النصوص، التصاميم، الرسومات، واجهات المستخدم، الشعارات، الكود البرمجي، وقواعد البيانات—هي ملكية حصرية لشركة Easy Market وEgyDreamPro أو مرخصة لنا بموجب القوانين والاتفاقيات الدولية لحماية حقوق المؤلف والعلامات التجارية.

5 البيانات والأمان (Data & Security)

نخزن بياناتك على خوادم آمنة ونطبق أعلى تدابير الحماية المعيارية في قطاع التكنولوجيا (مثل تشفير TLS/SSL وجدران الحماية المتقدمة). ومع ذلك، لا يمكن ضمان الأمان بنسبة 100% عبر الإنترنت، ولذلك تتحمل المخاطر المترتبة على الهجمات السيبرانية أو الوصول غير المصرح به الخارج عن إرادتنا وسيطرتنا المعقولة.

6 محتوى وخدمات الطرف الثالث (Third-Party Services)

قد تتضمن خدماتنا روابط أو تكاملاً مع خدمات ومواقع أطراف ثالثة. نحن لا نتحمل أي مسؤولية قانونية عن:

دقة، مصداقية، أو شرعية محتوى وخدمات تلك الأطراف.
أي أضرار أو خسائر ناتجة عن تعاملك مع تلك المواقع أو الخدمات الخارجية.
أي صفقات أو مدفوعات تجريها مع معلنين أو شركاء من الأطراف الثالثة.

7 الإعلانات وإخلاء المسؤولية (Advertisements)

المحتوى الإعلاني المعروض داخل تطبيقاتنا يُقدم لأغراض ترويجية ومعلوماتية فقط. لا يُعد هذا المحتوى نصيحة طبية، قانونية، أو استثمارية، ويقع على عاتق المستخدم التحقق التام من موثوقية المنتجات والخدمات المعلن عنها قبل اتخاذ أي قرار.

8 قيود الأطفال (Children's Restrictions)

خدماتنا وتطبيقاتنا غير موجهة لمن هم دون سن 13 عاماً. إذا كنت دون 13 عاماً يُحظر عليك استخدام خدماتنا، وإذا كنت قاصراً في نطاق دولتك القضائي (دون 15 أو 18 عاماً) فيجب الحصول على موافقة ولي الأمر أو الوصي القانوني قبل الاستخدام.

9 حدود المسؤولية (Limitation of Liability)

إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا تتحمل إيزي ماركت، أو إيجي دريم برو، أو مسؤولوها، أو موظفوها أي مسؤولية عن الأضرار المباشرة، أو غير المباشرة، أو العرضية، أو التبعية الناشئة عن:

استخدامك أو عدم قدرتك على استخدام خدماتنا وتطبيقاتنا.
أي أخطاء أو انقطاعات أو تأخير في عمل الخوادم أو الشبكات.
أي وصول غير مصرح به أو فيروسات أو برمجيات ضارة قد تنتقل عبر أطراف ثالثة.

10 التعويض (Indemnification)

توافق على تعويض وحماية شركة Easy Market وEgyDreamPro ومديريها وموظفيها ووكلائها وإبراء ذمتهم من أي مطالبات أو دعاوى أو خسائر أو تكاليف ناتجة عن استخدامك للخدمات أو انتهاكك لهذه الشروط أو تعديك على حقوق الغير.

11 الإنهاء وإلغاء الحساب (Termination)

يحق لنا تعليق أو إنهاء وصولك لخدماتنا في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق إذا ارتكبت أي مخالفة لهذه الشروط أو لأي سبب تنظيمي. يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام الخدمات في أي وقت بإلغاء تثبيت التطبيقات والتوقف عن زيارة مواقعنا.

12 القانون الحاكم والاختصاص القضائي (Governing Law)

تخضع هذه الشروط وتُفسر وفقاً لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية (محاكم القاهرة)، وبما يتماشى مع قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية المصري رقم 151 لسنة 2020. تخضع أي نزاعات للاختصاص القضائي الحصري لمحاكم القاهرة، مصر.

13 التعديلات على الشروط (Changes to Terms)

نحتفظ بحق تحديث وتعديل هذه الشروط دورياً. سنقوم بإشعارك بأي تعديلات من خلال نشر النسخة المحدثة على هذا الرابط وتحديث تاريخ "آخر تحديث"، ويُعد استمرارك في استخدام الخدمات بعد نشر التعديلات قبولاً وموافقة صريحة عليها.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cairo, Egypt, and Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law (No. 151 of 2020). Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt.
